FavorHive is a social platform that enables adults to gift symbolic blank favor coupons to people in their trusted circles. A favor coupon represents a genuine, voluntary offer of help or kindness — nothing more.
Favors on FavorHive are meant to be acts such as babysitting, airport pickups, home-cooked meals, emotional support, errands, and similar gestures between people who trust each other.
FavorHive is a technology platform only. We are not a party to any arrangement between users and we are not responsible for what happens between members outside of the app.
FavorHive is built on trust. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and reporting to law enforcement:
Favor coupons on FavorHive are symbolic gestures of goodwill between consenting adults who know and trust each other. They are not legally binding contracts. No person is legally obligated to fulfill a favor coupon.
FavorHive does not mediate disputes between users over unfulfilled favors. We encourage users to communicate openly and respectfully and to only gift or claim favors within relationships of genuine trust.
FavorHive uses a credit system. Credits are purchased through the app and each credit allows you to gift one blank favor coupon.
You are responsible for all content you post, send, or share through FavorHive including messages, favor descriptions, and profile information.
By posting content you grant FavorHive a non-exclusive license to display and deliver that content within the platform solely for the purpose of operating the service.
We do not claim ownership of your content. We do not sell or share your messages with third parties.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

FavorHive is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
We are not responsible for the actions, behavior, or content of any user. You use FavorHive at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FavorHive and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to disputes between users, unfulfilled favors, or harm resulting from interactions arranged through the app.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to FavorHive in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
